NUVALI is committed to ensure the welfare of the natural environment through preservation and enhancement of the existing ecosystems within the development.  With this in mind, NUVALI is enjoining corporations, groups and individuals to participate in the NUVALI T.R.E.E Program.

Trees play an important role in maintaining environmental balance to help mitigate the effects of pollution by:

  • producing oxygen and sequestering carbon from the atmosphere,
  • retaining and cleaning water underneath the soil,
  • preventing wind and soil erosion, and
  • provide a habitat and food for wildlife

Planted areas provide an interesting, soothing and learning environment for the community.  It also enhances the existing habitat for the flora and fauna currently found in NUVALI.

The long-term objective is to plant 100,000 trees within NUVALI’s buffer areas and Wildlife and Bird Sanctuary.

This is how you can make a difference--

We encourage individuals, organizations and companies to work hand-in-hand with us to meet these objectives.  We believe that partnerships help pave the way to build a better place where people and nature can thrive.

Some organizations who have volunteered for T.R.E.E. are:
Ayala Land, Inc.
Ayala Property Management Corporation
Department of Trade and Industry
Makati Development Corporation
Procter & Gamble Eco-Adventure Circle
