The South District development parcels are located in the southern most portion of NUVALI. The parcels are dedicated for low-density single detached residential developments within a mixed-use environment of commercial/retail and institutional areas. At 155 to 195 meters above sea level, the South District development parcels lie at a great vantage point to experience scenic views of Laguna de Bay to the east, Mt. Makiling to the southeast and Tagaytay Ridge to the west.
The road access is part of the ultimate connection of the main thoroughfare, NUVALI Boulevard, to the South District area. Photo shows progress as of December 2009 of earthworks for the road way. By March of this year, the South District will be conveniently accessible to interested investors, developers and individuals.
