Ayala Land also works together with environmental experts and follows established green guidelines in the three fundamental areas of water conservation and reuse, energy efficiency and waste management. For best practices in sustainable building, the design of structures in the development intends to comply with relevant Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Standards developed by the U.S.Green Building Council, as well as other appropriate practices and standards recognized both locally and internationally.
